They say if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. Interestingly enough, New York City was the first place we made it to after we got married, and we’ve been just about everywhere together since. Go figure.

New York may be the most overwhelming city on Earth, but it’s also quite arguably a much friendlier place since the tragic event of 9/11 over eighteen years ago. Walking around Manhattan, you’re almost certain to see ‘that guy from that thing’ along with endless other sights AND sounds.

And what’s a trip to “The Big Apple” without taking a bite out of it? We celebrate New York pizza, delis, Little Italy and Chinatown.

We also mention the world’s cleanest restrooms in Times Square, talk about getting off the island for a visit to Brooklyn and Queens, expose our obvious ignorance about Uber and weirdly end up talking like New Yorkers…I guess.
